Essentially – Kellie and the entire staff at Toulouse Gourmet are PHENOMENAL and some of the most amazing people you will ever work with…in your life…seriously. And on top of that the food is mouthwateringly amazing. I’ll start from the beginning – I reached out to Kellie and the staff at Toulouse Gourmet about a year before the wedding and started planning a menu with her. My fiancee and I are annoying – the food was the only thing that mattered to him and he was super super super picky.

The food at the wedding was perfect, perfect, perfect. Let me tell you about each thing: The appetizers were delicious – fried chicken and waffles, shortrib grilled cheese, crawfish beignets and chicken cigars with peanut sauce dip. I saw people stalking the servers with the passed apps, and laying in wait around corners for the servers to exit with the apps. I am pretty sure at one point I saw someone with about 15 apps on their plate – and that was their second round.

Kellie worked with us for about 10 months to nail down a menu. Let me say that again – 9 months she dealt with our annoying, knit-picky, mind-changing, special request filled emails. She never got annoyed, she was patient and she totally worked with us and took into consideration every single thing we said to her. And the food was everything we could have dreamed it would be! Additionally – having Kellie around is like having another coordinator there – she thinks of everything, she troubleshoots and predicts any issues that might come up – she really is just a dream!

There was also a grazing station that featured grilled vegetables, hummus and a Crawfish Monica dip. The following comments were made by separate guests Crawfish Monica dip: “I would take a bath in that dip if it were socially acceptable”; “I want to rub that dip all over my body” and “That was the most amazing thing I have ever eaten”

For the entrees (it was buffett style) there was a succulent pulled pork station, a beef bordelaise option and my favorite, a “frenchaletta” – Kellie’s version of a muffaletta. It was all eaten, all of it! Nothing was left – the food was so so so good. I got comments for weeks from guests who loved the food so much!

Let me also take a moment to say how amazing the staff at Toulouse Gourmet were, they were not only our servers, but also our bartenders – and they were the life of the party. Everyone commented all night about how lovely, funny and enjoyable the staff was. They were truly a pleasure to work with and really made the night perfect.

Held my friend’s 50th birthday party and brought TG in. Many choices offered and were extremely satisfied. No food was left over by the end of the party, which I actually hoped there would be. Would recommend to anyone needing a caterer.
